What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
Hi.
I am a resident of Arizona. I have a problem with a real estate in Arizona, and I would like to bring it to the court. there will be 2 defendants in my case. one Arizona corporation and a california bank. could I just file my case in Arizona supreme court?

What is the problem? The answer to that helps guide.

But, I'd bet you'd file in the Arizona court most appropriate. I suspect it will be superior court. Certainly not the Supreme court.

I am subject to a victim of organized stalking for the last 7 years, and now I found out that I had many loan under my name that i have no knowledge of. Many Loan under my name that was not reported to my credit history report, and that is mostly why I did not know they are existed. One of my commercial real estate faced foreclore in 2008, and now I found out that there were 2 loans on it, and they are false loan. I would like to sue the buyer who is a incorporation in Arizona, and the bank that issued loans who is California bank.

Have you gone to the police?

While I can imagine some federal question here (depending on what federal banking laws were violated), this will be a state issue for the most part. If you do sue, you should get an attorney to at least review the claim. There are some broad leaps here about who should be responsible.

It seems this is going to be extremely complex litigation. The banks are not just going to walk away from all the money there. Even if you could simplify the argument as to who is at fault, there is going to be a ton of paper involved. Being able to organize all the paper in a manner you can access relevant documents when needed alone is going to take a ton of work. Since it seems there is a crime(s) involved, why not first look at if the police can do all the work?

I did talk to the police, but it seems they don't want to get involve. It is wonderful if the Police could help me. For so many years, I tried to resolve the issue, I have had never successful to get any help. Mostly because this stalking had driven me down to ground, I am broke and have no money to hire a lawyer. It seems like every one around me knows what is going on, bit i am excluded. I don't know much about law. However, I can not get any help. So only thing I could try is do it myself. Right now. what I know about my situation is frauds mortgage on 2 of my properties that had been taken away by the banks, and another one on the property that I gave to my ex-wife when we settled our family court. In general, fraud mortgage occurred in all of properties that have my name on them. The mortgages that I paid for were never reported to my credit history report, and the mortgage that reported to my credit history report was never recorded in county clert's office.

You are not going to be successful on your own. You can't even legally describe the hurt or understand all the issues. If this is your only hope, you have to go around to attorneys who might take this on contingency.

All pro pers (people who sue for themselves) think the legal system is you make a complaint and then get a chance in front of a judge to tell your story.

Except for small claims, that is not what happens.

You need an attorney. If you can't get one, you will have to accept your loss now or after you spend many, many hours of work.

Have you tried you state office of consumer protection, or State DA's office? Originating multiple fraudulant loans in their state may be something they'd be interested in. Maybe they have had other complaints, and yours will help get some action?
