its my understanding, its not a terrible idea for this OP?
Why, give me some facts why it will not work? courts resolve contract disputes all the time?
yeah, you know it will work when argued correctly, but you and this dept. will not like it.
-----------
give me facts or it is deemed it can work.
----------
you simply saying, "in wont work, it wont work, its ridiculous" wont cut it as a reasonable response to this OP and other posters
---------
here are my facts on implied contract law:
i hope you understand implied contract law. (google implied contracts)
----------
implied contract means,
A legally enforceable agreement that arises from conduct, assumed intentions, some relationship of the immediate parties, or the application of the legal principle of equity.
A contract is implied when a party knowingly accepts a benefit (like parking) from another party in circumstances where the benefit cannot be considered a gift. Therefore, the party accepting the benefit is under a legal obligation to give fair value for the benefit (benefit like parking) received.

Parking at this Bar is not a free gift, except if one is a customer or engaged in official government
business with the owner of this property, all others agree to pay a $50 an hour land use fee when parking
or get a warrant. *****NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL*****
sounds like a reasonable contract offer to me...
