I was told by someone that you didnt have to include quarterly bonuse in a financial affidavit for dissolution of marriage. Is that correct?

Per my information re Fl. - For the financial affidavit for dissolution of marriage income to be listed is such things as (but not limited to) wages, commissions, worker's comp. benefits, bonuses ......

You can verify with a Fl. attorney.

You were told incorrectly. ALL income including bonuses needs to be included. If you intentionally do not list it, that can be considered fraud.
