What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My wife and I both admit we separated on 6/6. We went to court a few times for DV case in Aug, now it is gone (proven false allegation). I filed income and expense then. It has been few months now after DV hearing, I'd like push divorcing going on. So I got some forms from self help center.

I got F-150, income and expense declaration, F-160 property declaration, and F-142 schedule of assets and debts. My question is, what data should I use, should I fill the form with amount of the day we separated on 6/6, or as of today? I think I should be using the data on or until 6/6 when we separated. But sounds self helper center clerk suggested I should use data of today.

Thanks,What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I agree with Proserpina, but wanted to highlight the above since it's one of my pet peeves.

The allegations were probably not proven to be false. Rather, there was insufficient evidence to prove them to be true. There's a difference.
