What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI
My girlfriend got a restraining order against a problem person. The person filed a DE Novo . We need advice on what we will need to do. The TRO was issued by a court commissioner. We will now be before a Judge.Do I need to subpoena any witnesses or may they just show up to testify. Really need help this has gone on a long time and we are fearful that it is going to get worse. just getting them to stick to the facts of the case is very hard to do.

WE have had RO in the past against her, she tried to get one against her and me at that time and WE work together try ti stop the harassment and stalking. Did not go on here for more abuse just looking for help about the trial. Looks like people who answer are just looking to be snide no longer people here to help. Ill research somewhere else. I see now. You changed your story from your girlfriend getting a RO to the both of you getting one. Honesty is always the best policy. Everywhere.

2009 ROs were issued. expired year ago two other TOs at later dates to different households still in effect justt want to know if I can have people testify and do I need a subpesna
