Does soon to be ex have right to come in my house anytime he pleases if the temporary courts order has not been signed?

If it's the marital home, yes.

He has as much right to be there as you do until a court order says otherwise.

Assuming you are speaking of the same house as in https://forum.freeadvice.com/divorce-separation-annulment-36/separate-property-question-496534.html, then it's not "your" house - it is the house owned by both you AND your spouse. As such, your spouse has just as much right to be there as you do.
