And you can get a car seat or booster seat for a few dollars at Goodwill (or some places will provide one for free). It would certainly cost far less than all the fines you're paying. Not to mention that you risk losing custody.

the thing is this has NOTHING to do with our current case and has nothing to do with our child, how can he submit the subpoena with nothing being linked especially if he isnt fighting for custody just visitation? thats my point. and its different judges so he is actually going to make this judge go out of his busy schedule just to look at this info to prove no point in this case.

i have 6 children and our oldest is 7 so no i cannot put them all in seat belts considering the ages of them and carseats do not fit in my car. yes it is her fault because i am trying to get by and she insists on calling the cops on me every single time it should be stalking or harrassment since she calls them EVERY single time i see her.

It is your fault for not crossing your legs, using birth control, and having more children than you can afford. thats all my decisions i support my kids and they havent been taken away from me so why would this matter in his case? please xplain if my kids havent been taken away why would it this time when hes not even fighting for custody, and our next court date isnt even for this its for contempt

You are breaking the law and endangering your children. If you do not have enough seat belts/car seats for all the children in your car, your choices are 1) Get a bigger car or 2) Don't put them all in the car at once. CPS is nothing, what if you were in an accident and one or more of your children were seriously injured or killed because of your disregard for their safety?

And no, the judge won't have to 'go search' for the record. The judge will have his/her clerk pull up your ENTIRE CRIMINAL HISTORY and take a look at it. It shouldn't take long at all.
