I have documented evidence of the abuse. I have pictures of the bruises, of the busted nose, and X-rays of the fracture.

How do YOU have these things???? If you DO have them, I suspect there might be a HIPAA violation here.

No the story is not false, it's true, but who wants to admit to problems at home, no one does, everybody including all you readers want to act like everything is perfect. However I have placed in my evidence and she will be moving out to live with her sister. It's a sad thing, but I believe people will get what they deserve. I will definitely make sure of that as well

If this is true, and there is actual objective evidence, CALL THE POLICE!!!!

I find it highly suspect that if there is evidence of all of this and any medical professionals saw these injuries that the police or child services were not notified.

Are you going to help in the cover up? Or, are you going to do the right thing and report the attacks?

I have contacted officials. I have made my attempts. Cops are crooked around here. Her dad is best buds with the head county sheriff. But bc of the evidence they have decided to let her leave and live with her sister. Believe me I wanted to beat this guy, and I let him know it. Alcohol or bit what he did is wrong and I know I should've been quicker to prosecute. But I tried to give a second chance to people. Thank you! I was just afraid to involve law bc of politics. They mean a lot around here

I have recordings of threats of death, and recording of gunshots, as well as the recordings of his apology. I know for a fact bc I picked her up a road from the house bc he was shooting guns. It's not her discretion as to whether or not to press charges or even the mother's. The health care providers are required by law to report these injuries, not to police, but to the child protection agency.

Possible, certainly.

That's why I told him to report to the STATE police. They're "above" petty local politics and local cops and local crud.

Yes I am lying through my teeth exactly... I'm just making it all up. Seriously? I can obtain the information through the one being injured. You know who is covering it up, it's the mother. She blamed the injury on a sporting event, the bruises were covered by pants. When people don't want others to know they will find ways to make it not happen. I have contacted dhs and let them know. However let's just say its easier to give advice than take it. I didn't get on here to argue or be attacked. The only one on here with any type of legal advice is Alex. Just facts is being stated no opinion or anything else. This is why Amercian law systems are so terrible, this is why citizens have to have a judge, no basis, no foundations, no consistency. Thanks Alex for your advice it's truly helpful and unbiased.

Exactly what I wanted to hear, legal advice without any opinion. For it to be wrong it seems funny to me that a local lawyer seems to think the same thing. Maybe he knows more than you think.

How do you know that she WASN'T injured in a sporting event?

Oh, yeah. Because she's telling you a story so that the old man can sweep her off her feet and drive off into the sunset together.

If she was abused, why hasn't SHE reported it to CPS. Or the police (including the State police)? Or a teacher? Or a school counselor?
