What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
I have a friend who is trying to get a divorce. his soon to be ex wife says she is going to take him to court for adultry, what is the worse that can happen to him in Alabama and what does it take to prove adultry?

Best have your friend come here to ask his own legal questions.

Thanks!

I respectfully suggest you keep your respective snozzes out of each other's legal business.

It can't do you any good.

Have HIM sign up if he has questions. It's NOT your legal business.
