What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

One of my best friends turned 19 this past year and I'm only 15. We both kinda like each other, so if we were to go out, would it be illegal? Im turning 16 next month and I sincerely doubt we would be up to anything sexual for a VERY long time, and that's even if we go out.

You're fine as long as you limit physical contact to what you'd do with your grandparent.

If your parents don't agree though, that's that. Game over. Your parents' rule is golden.
