So heres the deal And I dont have time to search through the forums to see if its already been answered Im in a rush

I am 21 male, Went on vacation in florida and met a girl there
She is almost 15 And lives in Pennsylvania
We are currently dating, havent had any sexual contact, no sexual talking or picture sharing, just good ol fashioned talking. (btw she is more mature and responisble than majority of the girls my age around here)
Her mother approves of the relationship and doesnt have any problems with it, The girl also constents fully to it.

My question is, if someone decides to open an investigation what trouble could I get in

Since we live so far apart and theres little chance of physical contact unless I drive out to see her, we really can only talk. But should we decide to have sex is that considered statutory rape or what?

I dont need to hear "get a girl your own age" or any BS like that

I am in love with her and have nothing but positive feelings towards her and about our relationship

In Indiana it's a Criminal Sexual Misconduct, a class B felony. In Pennsylvania it's indecent assault, while only a misdemeanor still means you're going to be registering as the sex offender you are. In Florida it's also a felony (sexual battery). Inducing or bringing her across state lines is also a federal felony.

Seriously? You ARE going to hear "Get a woman your own age". You are an adult. She is a child. We've all heard how much more mature little girls are than grown women before. Get real. Reality is that she is NOT more mature than women your age - you are less mature than they are.

There is only one reason an adult is interested in a child - the adult is unable to sustain a mature relationship with another adult and needs a child to control and manipulate. All it says is that you have issues you need to deal with.

Her mother is an idiot. Where is her Dad? Don't be surprised by the reception he might provide when he gets wind of you sniffing around his little girl.

And really - you don't "have time" to research the world of hurt you could get into messing with a child? Put your face a little closer to your screen so I can reach out and smack you upside the head. And get some counseling to figure out what's wrong with you that you can't get a woman your own age.

Ok I need to explain more then.

She was previously in a relationship with a 25 yr old.
Her father found out and his whole side of the family disowned her cuz of it and said they want nothing to do with her. He did file an investigation against her ex, and being smart that she is, got it thrown out with no charges or anything serious involved at all. Im currently unable to talk to her because I made the mistake of talking to her little brother who most likely told her dad. He is a drunk and only cares about himself, so the only way something would come up is if he decided to call the cops.

Her mother backs her in her decisions ( just the way she is) not everyone is the same

We only met in florida, so florida has nothing to do with it.

BTW Ive had many relationships with women my own age, they use me for my money and make me feel like crap, she doesnt.
