I didnt realize my "good intentions" could be shown as that of a predator, this is my first ever relationship with a minor, I was awkward about it at first but once I got to know her and her story better ive come to care about her very much. I looked up hebephilia, I dont think that pertains to me at all.

I am not attracted to little girls, just this girl is matured quicker than most, not so much phyisically but mentally. And when I say little girls I think of bouncy goofy kids watching spongebob eating ice cream and laughing all day. My girl Has already had several jobs ( though she wasnt supposed to), had to support herself at times etc. So she knows reality of life and how to take care of herself.

Her 13 year old brother has failed three grades already because her dad doesnt take him to school, or actually takes him out of school to go to the mall. In fact he isnt even attending school this year because his dad is too lazy to enroll him. Rather spend that tuition money on beer and cigarettes

Lets say her father did start an investigation today, How long do you think it would take before the police show up at my door.

The very SECOND you say anything that could even be interpreted as sexual, even if you did not intend it that way, you are at risk for spending a very, very, very long time in jail.

And people who play with children, and she is legally still a child, are at the very lowest level of the hierarchy in jail. Meaning that you will find it a less pleasant experience than the average felon.

She is at least four years away from being legally allowed to "have a long term relationship and settle down". If that is your goal, you've got the wrong girl.
