how long does it take to become emancipated in georgia? what are reasons to become emancipated?
If you are the child that wishes to become Emancipated, then you should start by looking up the statutes yourself.

If you are someone other than the child, you should tell said child to go on-line and figure out how to do this.

I can, and will, tell you this much.

GA has recently quite deliberately gone out of its way to make it next door to impossible for a minor to be emancipated. About the only valid reason left is, "My parents were killed in a car crash and I need the legal right to sign contracts so I can pay the rent and the light bill and take care of my younger siblings". And even THAT isn't always going to happen.
