So heres the deal And I dont have time to search through the forums to see if its already been answered Im in a rush

I am 21 male, Went on vacation in florida and met a girl there
She is almost 15 And lives in Pennsylvania
We are currently dating, havent had any sexual contact, no sexual talking or picture sharing, just good ol fashioned talking. (btw she is more mature and responisble than majority of the girls my age around here)
Her mother approves of the relationship and doesnt have any problems with it, The girl also constents fully to it.

My question is, if someone decides to open an investigation what trouble could I get in

Since we live so far apart and theres little chance of physical contact unless I drive out to see her, we really can only talk. But should we decide to have sex is that considered statutory rape or what?

I dont need to hear "get a girl your own age" or any BS like that

I am in love with her and have nothing but positive feelings towards her and about our relationship

A year ago a father of a 15 years old girl cut the balls of her 25 yo "bf". It was in Germany. Just FYI.

Does it occur to this guy that the girl's MOTHER may be the one who is really the user and bad person in this scenario? She is in some sense "pimping out" her daughter by encouraging this nice young man, getting him to fix daughter's teeth, buy her presents, etc.

The family doesn't sound very great, none of them, but believe me, she's the one who is on board with this and her reason is she assumes that the daughter is capable of bringing in some income. If she "traps" this young sucker with the bait of her cute young daughter, there may be child support to pay eventually (while he is incarcerated.) Public assistance for this poor grandmother raising a grandchild. I have seen women who allowed older boyfriends to move in to facilitate the relationship with their teenage daughters (and help pay the utility bills, of course).

Father may be a low life who doesn't believe in schooling for kids, but at least he is a low-life who is not going to allow his ex-wife to use his daughter as a soft core hooker (when it doesn't profit him.) They'll fight this issue out no matter WHO the 14-going-on-15 year old is dating. So this 21 year old needs to get away, get away get away. Dad WILL turn him in, whether he's done anything or not. And has it occurred to him that the little girl could get mad at him and lie about how much of a sexual relationship they have had? Can you say "Sucker"? Have you ever heard of the badger game? If he really believes the girl needs help, he can always report her situation to Children's Services. Let me help you with this:

an extortion scheme in which a woman places a man in a compromising position and then victimizes him by demanding money when her male accomplice, pretending to be an outraged husband or relative, enters and threatens violence, scandal, etc.

I have actually talked to the mother just as much as the girl, Shes not in any way "pimping her out" She has never asked me to buy her daughter things or pay for things, I offered to because I am (sit down this is gonna be hard to believe) A NICE GUY! I enjoy helping out others that are in a rough spot or going through a trying time, thats the way I am, which is probably why I was always used when dating women my own age, they took advantage of me. I have not once gotten the feeling that that is what the girl and her mother are trying to do. As far as child support, Her father pays none, Hes been bankrupt 3 times and if she filed for CS he would go bankrupt again. He literally would beat the daughter if she cried in front of him, hes called the cops on her several times for trying to leave the house because he beat her, hes actualyl held her captive in his home, which is illegal and the cops allowed her to leave to go to her mothers, I think he gets enjoyment out of tourturing her and making everyones life hell.

Personally If I could find a job where they live I would move in with them and yes I would help pay the bills since I would be living there, Im not stupid If they try to Badger game me (which I highly doubt they would) and get the authorities involved, ill just simply end myself. I AM NOT GOING TO BE A PRISON BITCH.

You're an adult. A young adult, but an adult nonetheless. Unless you are related to a 15 year old or have some relationship through a mutual activity in some sort of mentoring capacity, you are WAY over the line here. What you are doing is at best inappropriate.
