What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My divorce was finalized in 2011. I just need some help on the language in part of the decree when it comes to claiming our daughter for the tax year.

"Mother shall be entitled to claim the minor child as dependent for all tax purposes for the 2011 tax year. Mother shall also be entitled to claim the minor child for tax purposes every year thereafter, as long as Mother is making $15,000 per year or is enrolled in school. If mother is not making this minimum amount or is not enrolled in school, Father shall be entitled to claim minor child for tax purposes."

I am the mother and had called the previous daycare so I would get the information of what I had paid them for when I go to file for 2011 taxes. They must have called him because right after I got an angry text from him saying I can't claim her for 2011. The way my lawyer told me previously was that the terms didn't apply to 2011 and from reading it that's how I make it out to be. Am I correct that the wording states I get to claim her for 2011 without the $15000 or school terms applying?
