What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

The CFI in the case has ordered that the children have therapy so this was set up and I have been told that the ex does not bring the children regularly and this has been going on for over a year. This needs to be done so that the CFI can complete her report. I may need to file some type of motion but am not sure what I should file to force her to attend the sessions.

Tell us what the court order says about therapy. Word for word, but without the names.

if the court ordered therapy and the other parent doesn't follow through, you can file for contempt. But make sure that it's actually a court order and not a recommendation from the CFI.
