This happens a lot i've noticed since being in court. No one really cares what DAD has to say about anything even though I have had some very good evidence against the ex. Even her witnesses. I don't know half of them but whatever they say seems to be taken as being true. I've spent thousands and did nothing to warrent having my daughter taken from me but that doesn't seem to matter to the court. My faith in the legal system is now shot. Thank you for noticing ec. Most people jump to conclusions before knowing all the facts. And even when they have the facts they still jump. Sucks to be a dad in the court system.

It is absolutely untrue that "dad" has any less pull in court than mom. What can be true is that dad's representation in court is not as skilled as mom's, or dad's evidence is not admissible, or that dad doesn't understand what is or is not important.

In this particular instance, it doesn't make sense legally, or morally, for significant amounts of your child's "stuff" to remain at your house when she is only there one day a month. Quite frankly, as long as she is only there one day a month your entire focus should be on your child and spending quality time with her. She shouldn't need ANY "stuff" at your house.
