Married in Colorado, split in Arkansas, she still there, I'm in Houston. Been separated for about 10 years, not a legal separation, still stay in contact. Is there a time limit (like common law marrage) that a divorce occurs? We were both unfaithful.

No.

You're still married.

One of you needs to get the divorce going.

That's a nice idea though, common law divorce. Live separately for X years, represent yourself as divorced, file your taxes as single, and voila, you're divorced! Would save a lot of trouble for people who can't find their exes to get a real divorce.
