What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas

I'm a college student. I said something they don't like. But, nothing violent or invasive. I was dismissed. Can I suit the school for the time and money I spent there? If yes, what Texas code shall I claim?

What did you say?

How did they dismiss you?

What kind of notice were you given?

**A: tell us exactly word for word what you said and why. And you really need to be in school because the word is sue not suit.
