What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

I was divorced in 2010 - and as part of the decree I was to pay for her vehicle. The vehicle is a high end vehicle at $1100/month. I am past a breaking point and cannot contiue to pay for vehicle. I have used all savings, credit cards and anything to break even. What can I do legally
if I cannot afford the payments anymore.

I emailed her with the situation and told her I could not handle payments
gave her option to give me back vehicle and she could get her own, keep vehicle and make payments or I could voluntarly surrender vehicle to bank.

What legal recourse can she have ? What can I do when I am totally tapped out on my funds to pay this albatros of a payment.???

Thanks

Get a second job. Cut your expenses. Sell something.

If your order says that you have to pay for it, then you have to pay for it. But tell us what it says about the vehicle. Word for word, but without the names.
