Hello,
I live in Texas and have a question for the pro's.
My mother is in very bad health and not exspected to be with us much longer. She owns the house and land where she lives and has signed w/notary a warranty deed for the property to me. She placed this in a lock box at the bank to which I have POD form on. Will this WD still be good after her passing for me to record it?
Thanks Ratmo

**A: no, it will not be worth the paper so get it out and have it recorded now before it's too late.

Thank you. Its not what I was wanting to hear but was needing someone else to tell me.
Huge task at hand now. She has had some (so called) friends try and take advantage of her age and condition and her guard is on lock and load for fear of someone trying to take something away from her. I guess I need another forum to tell me how to go about this.
Thanks again for your prompt reply.

You did answer my question, and I do understand.Thank you
The rest of what I was talking about probally needed to go into more detail to understand.
Shes at a point to where she trust no one not even me, her only son. The lock box can't be touched by anyone other than her. Im the sole POD but cant get into it till after her passing.
Again, Thank You for answering my question. Its the mind set that I have to deal with now.
