What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I want my name off the house and our RV when we get divorced. He said he is not selling because he has his business there. Although, he has moved his business 3 times within the last 4 years.

I want the house because I have 2 children that live there permantely that are from a previous marriage.

If he wont sell would it be to my benefit to offer a deal of maybe 20k and split household items and just leave. I can't fight with him for too long. I am emotionally and mentally drained at this point.

I make about 1920.00 per month and he has an annual income of about 250k and we have no children together.
We have not even been married for 3 years yet.

Please, I need some advice!!!

Do you have an attorney? If not, then get one.

The house is a premarital asset? Did you put his name on it? Refinance it during the marriage and put him on the loan?
