What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA My wife and I are still married but seperated. She had me evicted and filed A PFA against me . Now she's asking for child and spousal support /alimony. I am disabled and on SSDI. CAN I sell the house we own jointly??

No, but you can ask the court to order that it be sold and the proceeds (if any) split. Especially if the home is not affordable for either of you.
