What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wa

I want to sue our city government to pay back legal expenses. I have bountiful evidence....I spent over 60K on legal fees because of their negligence.

Do I merely put an ad in the newspaper in the big city nearby? I live in a small town and no one will touch it. Advice please. I'm broke and now I'm mad.

You can get out the phone book and start calling "big city" lawyers, but I wouldn't hold your breath. Most people don't like to work for free and it seems contingency isn't likely either.
