I work as a property manager in an apartment complex in what is apparently a "drunk" area of town. I'm in the process of putting an end to several residents who hang out at the playground area and drink all day long. My question is this.. I know this is against the policy of the apartment complex, but is there also a law I can quote when giving my reasons that it can't continue?

I'm in Greenville, SC.

Thanks in advance for all help! :)

Call the police and ask if they can arrest people who are drinking on your playground. Also put up signs prohibiting trespassing and loitering.
