Need some advice -California law

My ex-wife and I divorced over a year ago, but we never lived appart because it took her so long to find a place of her own that we ended up staying together to try and work things out again. However, fast forward 15months later and we are now living apart as of March 13th.

In our divorce it says that she got to keep my trailer, ATV, and my Jeep....After getting back together a little less than a year ago we sold the ATV because it was not being used. All that remains is my Jeep and my trailer.

Now that we have split up again she wants to again take my Jeep and my trailer. But the ATV is sold. So my question is, the ATV was never registered under her name. I sold it with her knowing it as we were again a "couple" but still divorced at the time. Can she ask me to give her the money that was made from that ATV? I dont even remember what it was spent on (it was about $800). A

Question #2 the trailer was my mom's trailer. She gave it to me and I registered it under my name. Then shortly after my ex-wife and I divorce and she got the trailer, again when we got back together she brought the trailer back. However we did not have any where to store it anymore and my mom was using it again so I told her she could keep it. Currently my mom still has the trailer but she never changed the name on the registration. Now my ex-wife says that she wants the trailer back and she doesnt care if we gave it back to my mom. Can she do this?

I am not sure about this one, but I suspect that you would owe her the fair market value of the ATV. It wasn't your property at that point even if you were a "couple". It was her sole and separate property.

This one I am sure about. If you do not get the trailer back from your mom, you are going to owe your ex the fair market value of the trailer. It was her sole and separate property and you did not have the right to give it to your mother.

This is not a duplicate post. The beginning paragraph is the same because it is the explanation of my divorce situation. The questions are completely different and is why one post is under child custody section and this one is here.
