What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I am listed in the will as the SOLE HEIR of my grandmother's mineral rights to a small tract of land in Texas. She was a resident of Mississippi upon her death. I have received an offer to purchase the rights, but the buyer needs an affidavit of heirship. I found the pdf online here: http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/taxforms/53-111-a.pdf ,but it's quite confusing. By filing the affidavit, am I stating that I am the SOLE heir of the remainder of her estate? The form doesn't have a section to list individual assets to claim heirship of. Everything else in the estate, with the exception of a small amount of money, has been distributed, and I am now the executor of the estate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I cannot afford an attorney to draw up this affidavit for me.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
