What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AL

My ex had an agreement drawn up giving me full possession of the marital home and giving me 12 months to refinance the house in to my name. The mortgage is solely in the ex's name but both of our names are on the deed.

The paperwork was filed about two weeks ago and we are waiting for the judge to sign. Now my ex has made it where the mortgage company will not speak to me and I do not have access any longer to the online account to pay as I have been.

I guess my question is, is there anything that can be done in the time between the paperwork is filed and the final decree to make him give me the information I need to pay on the mortgage? The loan payment has recently changed and I do not know the amount or anything.

Thank you for any help.

Have you pointed out to him that you cannot make the payment if you don't know the amount and cannot access the account?

Yes, well I have tried. The only option he says I have is to pay him the money and he will make the payment. I am worried if I do this, he won't actually make the payment. He also won't show me anything with the payment amount on it to verify the actual amount. The loan was recently modified.
