Me and my children mother have been having some discussions in the past few months, and she used legal actions as part of threated me. Everything I said to children serivices they disregard. Everything she said they believe because she is a female. She told me they told her what to do to get with of me.

I went to Children Serivces one day I signed a paper of releasing of record, they told me it would need to be approved before they send it to me, and would take up to 3 weeks. But they never did send them. There was a case opened and closed last week, but they never told me until today when I called and found out they were no longer working on this case.

I wonder why they have not noticed me. As long as the mother feels ok and told them everything if fine, so everything okay.

I don't understand this law in this country. It shows racism, discrimination, sexism. No one to talk to, they all acting suspecious and in a conspiracy.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Children Service violated my rights by not respond to service I asked.

Tigi's not the only one who doesn't understand your post. I can't tell who called Children's Services. I can't tell who they investigated. I can't tell why you're interested in the case file, especially if it's closed.

One thing I can tell from your post is that there's a reason Children's Services doesn't want to deal with you.
