My question is: i have married to someone in the army. For the past two years, he has been stationed in Korea. He claims he divorced me in June of last year and was granted full custody of our two children. I nor my lawyer were never served. Is this even legal since my children have been with me the entire time? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You need to tell him to prove it by providing a copy of the divorce decree. Once you have a copy, your attorney can help you figure out how to get the whole thing vacated since you were never served. If he doesn't produce the paperwork then you probably need to file yourself for divorce in GA.

Sure he had to serve her? And Korea's laws would apply if he divorced in Korea. Though child custody should be vacated if the children have never been to Korea.
