What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

It has been a year and the Defendant has never submitted any financial documents to the Family Courts for the Divorce and Child Support. Yet the Judge and All Counts Divorce Master have yet to question this. Even the Child Support hearing was held without this information being submitted. There have been seven hearings and no one from the Court has ever addressed it.

And the Plaintiff has provided evidence that the Defendant has expenses of over $3,000 per month. Why is the Court not interested in how they are paying their expenses if they continue to claim they have no income? Is the Defendant maintaining their lifestyle through illegal means then?

The Plaintiff keeps stating this in hearings but no one is listening. Can someone tell me how this is possible?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Will do. However this is a different issue. The first was about a specific document. This post is about the Court and financial information.
