What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

Hi all - I'm trying to help a friend. I know that's generally frowned upon - please don't holler - I don't believe this question is so specific that I can't just ask for her. She's researching on her end but I thought I'd post here to see if I could give her any quick feedback since I already have an account here. If that's a problem no matter what the ease of the question, I'll certainly let her know and just direct her here.

Friend lives in Arkansas, divorce and custody agreement recently established in Georgia court. Her ex lives in Michigan. His initial 6 visits are to be supervised (he was violent in the marriage). Supervisor is to be his parent(s) or sister; if they are unable to attend, then anyone of mom's choosing. Mom hasn't lived in Arkansas very long. Ex is going there for his first visitation this weekend, and says none of his family is coming with him. Friend has called DHS and domestic violence dept to try to arrange for supervision, has been told the county doesn't offer supervision services; she is currently working on suggestions they've given her.

Any suggestions here as to any government agencies she could contact in Arkansas other than DHS? Any suggestions as to any types of private companies that provide this type of service?

Awesome - thank you! I'll send her the links, and she can use their info/terminology to search any more for herself if need be. Exactly what I needed to pass along. Thank you so much!!
