Wife took off to another state with Car in my name

I told my current wife that I was gonna divorce her, I let her know that I was keeping the car that is in my name. While I was at work she took off to another state with it and she wont make payments on it im still paying on it. She has no credit and cant get it in her name. I plan on starting divorce process next month what can I do about the car?

There really isn't anything that you can do about the car at this point. Please realize however that if you have another car to drive, that you can expect your wife to be awarded the car she habitually drove, as part of the property settlement of the divorce. She however would be ordered to make the payments.
