New question regarding this whole nightmare.
(kids are doing great, son's hand has healed wonderfully and he and his brother are in counseling still)
In regards to the family services case, can I request a copy of their file or anything that they have? I am seriously questioning this caseworker's judgement and I am wondering if I can get our worker changed. Though I don't think its worth it because she is supposedly closing the case, I just do not like how she is interviewing my children. Is asking a child if their mom is still throwing hissy fits appropriate when the child has never heard or used that term?

You can request, but likely all you will do is cause a ruckus, just when you admit they are ready to let it die. Is the potential outcome worth it?

Thats what I was thinking OHR, I just have a feeling that they think my ex is a father that is just all that. I guess I should just worry about what their opinion is of me and let the sleeping dogs lie. And yes, I mean lie as in sleeping and in avoiding the truth.

Why do you still have a caseworker IF CPS thought it was an accident? Why is there a caseworker involved? Why would you want a new worker?
