Actually, I was asking the question for my son. His wife filed for divorce 3 weeks ago and he was just served yesturday. It says he must respond within 30 days.
So you lied to us. We don't appreciate liars. He has thirty days from the day he is served. Now send your son here to ask his own questions and provide answers to ours.

I did not understand all these "yelling" comments but a girlfriend explained to me that when you write in "caps" on the computer it implies you are yelling.
