My ex spouse became a citizen through our marriage, but never consummated our relationship (she kept putting it off, refusing to do it). She used me to get work and citizenship in the US and has now filed for divorce less than a year after getting her citizenship. I am on social security disability and she makes 6 times what I make (we ve been married 4 years). I dont know how exactly to prove that the marriage was illegitimate because she didnt put her "fraud" that im accusing her of in writing. I only have what I heard her tell me and pictures of the sex toys I found under my bed that are very suggestive of the sexual relationship that I now know occured between her and our female rommate. I also want alimony, but I dont want my requests to conflict with my request for alimony. Do I have a case? What type of information would I need to get to prove this marriage is illegitimate? I did some research on her and found she was in the States long after her passport expired and she used someone else's ssn when she went to school to become a nurse. I believe she used me to solidify her position to stay here because of these illegal things she did. If I do have a hearing, what kinds of things should I bring?
