Hi all, my mother is getting married to someone, she doesn't want to lose all her life's work in the event of a divorce, so she put her property in my name (her son) a week before the marriage, she's still living in the property that she put in my name along with her new husband, we was just wondering if the marriage should end in divorce would it be possible for the man she married to lay any claim to the property even though it's not in his wife's name any more? It is the marital home it's just in her son's name.
