Options for a noncooperative spouse

I live in Texas and I filed for divorce a few months ago. I am doing this pro se. At the time my spouse was going to cooperate in the process. They have done nothing and refuse to communicate with me and I do not know where they are either. What are my options at this point?

You have a number of difficult legal issues. You need an attorney or many, many hours in a law library.

You need to make sure they were properly served with the paperwork. You also need to make sure that the paperwork was properly completed.
YOu then need to do one or both of the following:
1) Hire an attorney for either a few hours to review things with you and for you to consult with or to represent you; and/or
2) Read the rules of civil procedure, the local rules, the rules of evidence and the statutes surrounding divorce and understand all of them enough to follow them.
