Hi guys,
Yesterday I bought 60 dollars worth of ammunition (12 gauge) from my local wall-mart. I am not an avid shooter so i asked the guy to give me ammo for the range. After paying for the ammo, the range guy doesn't allow me to use that ammo because the guy gave me the wrong kind. Long story short, wall-mart will not refund or even exchange the ammo due to "federal law"
Is this really federal law? and if it isn't, how do i prove it? I found a lot of forums saying that it isn't federal law. However I don't want to use a forum to state my case.
Thanks
