What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I did an rental agreement with my landlord on the standard Texas Real Estate agreement forms, and on the form it states it can only be used by a licensed real estate agent, so since he wasnt does that make my lease null and void, or is it just a small techincallity, and doesnt matter?

I was looking to get out of my lease and didnt know if this would be a loop-hole for me.

This being used as a reason to break a lease is likely not going to matter one bit should the landlord take you to court over the business of breaking the lease.

Instead of looking for loop-holes have you considered talking to your landlord about breaking your lease; when I have tenants who wish to do this because (for example), they have purchased a home, I allow them to do this IF they can find a suitable tenant (one that passes my screening test) to take over their lease.

Another option some landlords will agree to is a "buy out" option where a tenant pays, say, two months worth of rent (the time a court would typically give a landlord to find a replacement tenant) as a penalty for breaking the lease.

What makes you think he is not one?
I don't tell my renters what license or degrees I have.

As stated, the courts won't take that into consideration. All they will see is someone trying to get out of a lease.
