My land lord is trying to evict me and has not given me any notice but a sheet of paper this morning that said if i dont pay back rent today power will be cut in the morning and I am considered evicted. The paper doesn't even spell my name right. The local cops said they cant stop landlord from cutting power, and I know that is a violation of my rights. How do I go about sueing the landlord?

Rent is 350 + utilities, which are in the name of the company that owns this trailer park. The landlord works for them. I owe $754.18 And a rent receipt I have from the 2nd of this moth say I only owe $653.31

I do have an electric bill I was Just given a few days ago That makes the bill Equal to what they ask, but I draw ssi, Which is stated on my Rental agreement, so they know I cant pay it so soon after I get it. Also when I paid rent this month, I paid extra to help pay off what I owe and she never did say I was being evicted. In face I asked if It was okay that I pay a bit more than I owe, like $50 extrat per month till I get it paid back and she said it was fine. Also, the back balance it says I owe may include next months rent.
