Need help with income and expense form

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I am doing an updated INE FL150. I believe the reason why is to set child support. I have also asked for spousal support.

For income:


Where/how would I list federal pell grant? Does this count as income?

I received 3 disbursements of one award.

For #9 change in income do I describe my new unemployment and the ending of unemployment benefits?

For expenses:
For auto would it be best to do an average of the actual or a projected of the needs?

My lawyer in the past did a projection then she made a statement on how i overcame shortages (he accused me of scamming marital assets and working for cash)

I guess what I am wondering is how best to explain myself and do a projection of expenses or base upon actual expenses of last year.

If you are not working because you are going to school, plan to be imputed an income of what you are capable of earning. A pell grant is income as it covers part of your expenses.

which one would it be, I don't know how to classify it:

"additional income. I received one-time money (lottery winnings, inheritance, etc.) in the last 12 months."

or

Public assistance (for example TANF, SSI, GA/GR)
Other (Military BAQ, royalty payments)

I would go with Other.

I have another question. There is a line for assets. We have not completed the divorce. Do I lump together separate property and community property. (ie. cars)
