Giving up rights to child support.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

So my ex-wife and I have reached in agreement where she will not be asking for child support. However, is there any legal way in California so that next month, or next year, or when ever she can not go back to court and refile?

Quite simply, no.

Going back as soon as next month or maybe even next year may piss off a judge though.

Edit to add: If she does go back to file, she will not be able to get retro child support from before the date of filing for it though.

OP was divorced 1 or 2 years ago, depending on which previous thread you read. I would be surprised if she doesn't already have an order for child support. If so, and if he just plans to have a private agreement between the two of them, then she can change her mind next year, go back to court, and he would be in arrears.
