What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My ex is threatening contempt because i took MY son during MY time to my boyfriends mom house without giving him notice (because he never asked)

i also won't give him my boyfriends mom phone # to talk with my son, is he right in threatening contempt? Even though it was during MY time?

May dad win full custody from the psychotic one.

You have no credibility -- you lied and said you were NEVER going to ask another question here.

Liar liar pants on fire.

this is also a free legal advice site

Go pay an attorney.

Really.

You've made it quite clear that you don't WANT legal information - you actually want 1000 ways to screw Dad.

Heck if you keep going like this (along with your post hx), you could probably get your own show on SPIKE or something.

Actually, it's not. If you want legal advice, you need to pay an attorney for it. This is a site for providing general legal information, which is not the same thing as advice.

The operative word is, free. Since this is a volunteer site, no one is obligated to answer you.

Lilmansmom,

Ex is cleary trying to interfere with your child. When he takes you to court for contempt, I'd suggest just telling the judge the truth. If you haven't already told the judge that you don't want dad being involved with your child and that you have no intention of allowing phone contact or any visits, the judge does not know how you feel. Please be honest with the judge, it is the only way he can rule in the best interest of your child.

And WHY were you pawning off your child to someone else during your time with him?

By the way, just like you have a right to know who's caring for your child during Dad's time, Dad has the same right to know who is caring for him during YOUR time. The same with having access to this caregiver.

But hey, you two seem to deserve each other with the games you are playing. Your poor son, stuck in the middle of these petty one-ups you two are hurling at each other.
