My wife is in FL with my son and right now I'm in the process of submitting divorce docs and I need some help filling them out please.

My wife has been with my son in FL since last October and when I'm filling out the docs about his residence and where he's lived in the last 5 years, should i put his present address as the FL address or mine since he's "technically" supposed to be visiting?

Also, I live with my girlfriend now with whom I have a daughter with, when I list her on the area that asks who I live with is my relationship to her simply "Girlfriend"?

I would really appreciate the help, no judgement please, just help! Thank You

You already know the answer to that from your previous thread. Your son is a Florida resident.

Also, I live with my girlfriend now with whom I have a daughter with, when I list her on the area that asks who I live with is my relationship to her simply "Girlfriend"?

Yes, she is your girlfriend and that is how you should list her.
