to whom it may concern:

hi, i live in the state of north carolina and i hired a moving company in 7-99 to move me from nc to tenn. the people i hired broke the contract along with some of my things and also stoled a few things such as my belongings and identity. what i want to know is what is the statute of limitations on suing a company on breach of contract, theft, id theft and fraud? and can i sue the state where this company was located for conspiracy to commit a fraud? please respond.

That train left the station 10 years ago. The statute of limitations for written contracts in NC is 10 years. Have you been in a coma since 1999?
