More details, please. For instance, are you divorced? Has custody been established?

More VOWELS, also, please. We don't want to try to read "txt-spk."

im sorry.. no we have not got the divorce yet no papers have been filed on custody
Then if this is his daughter he has equal rights to her.

File for divorce and custody.

I would also caution you not to throw out accusations of child molestation unless there is verifiable evidence of this happening. Ask yourself this question: If my husband I are were happily married would I have any molestation concerns and would he have unfettered access to his child?

If the answer to that question is no, then stop with the false accusations.

You need FACTS, and not guesses or being scared or hearing stuff about things that might have been a decade ago.

And yet, you still decided to stay with him and have kids with him. You didn't see him as a child molester then, did you?

Like I said he has equal rights to his child. If you want custody, you'll have to file for file for it.

Talk about grasping at straws. Sure, march into court and claim you allowed an alleged child molester (?) around your daughter for 10 YEARS and only cared to make a complaint about it when you guys decided to call it quits. You might be in luck if your judge was born last week, otherwise, don't make a fool of yourself.

YOu don't really provide much info, but as an FYI... Although age of consent in OK is 16, statute of limitations is seven years.
