Is roadrunner aloud to block port 80 for specific cities only?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I have roadrunner brighthouse networks and I was wondering, some people say they don't have port 80 blocked on there computers while others do such as myself. I was wondering if they are allowed to block port 80 for non commercial users in specified cities?

I'm not aware of any laws that would prohibit them from blocking port 80. So unless your contract with them restricts them from blocking that port (which I highly doubt), there is nothing illegal or improper about their actions.

Webhosting is dirt cheap these days. If you really want to put something on port 80, I suggest you spend $3.99/month to allow it.

They can do this. They're under no obligation, even under the unpassed net neutrality rules, to allow you to run services on your home site.
Buy business service or (probably safer) host the site ELSEWHERE.

Is there any way I could preasure them into allowing personal home web pages for there clients considering there the only ones with control over the cable wires on my soil.

Why would the government even get involved in this? You want to host a website, you pay for it. It's pretty darn clear!
