What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
The other parent and I have a child custody and visitation document signed by a judge a few years ago. Recently, both of us agreed to a change of custody time so the child can go to school in my district. We both signed the agreement document we typed out. Now, the other parent has threaten to transfer the child to another school district and demands to go back to the custody time we had before of the original court document. Is this possible? At this point, is it the court document or the signed agreement valid as of custody?
