What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina...if my husband filed legal seperation papers threw an attorney' how can he drop them if we have decided to not separate? Anyone???:confused:

If your husband has decided to drop the separation case, he needs to let his attorney know. As Zig has already said, the attorney will know what to do. YOU, on the other hand, cannot do anything about that.
